Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, lots and income property in the greater Lake Havasu City area. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable about the local schools and city government.

Personal
I've spent most of my adult life here in the beautiful southwest. I developed a love for real estate through my involvement as a community leader at Lake Powell. Having served on the Coconino County Board of Adjustments, the City of Page Planning and Zoning Commission and as a City Councilman for more than 11 years, I have developed the skills that form the basis of home construction from the governmental side. As a City Councilman I served as one of three land sales negotiators for the City of Page. My wife and I have spent our life, buying and building our own homes and have a unique feel for the issues facing new home buyers interested in building or purchasing a home.
